If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, and snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached. 

Please make sure to notify us of your return/exchange at shop@thomastwins.co and provide us your order number. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

Return shipping labels are typically $7.50 but may vary depending on weight and location. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.

Please allow 1 week for packages to be processed once they reach our store. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 5-10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
